Gin and Tonic is a cocktail which when done right exudes perfection on a sunny spring, summer or early fall day.  We crafted Blade to work well with number of garnishes. Although Lime is a classic one, balance of California Lemons, Oranges, Basil, Cucumber and Candied ginger all seem to bring a different twist to this celebrated cocktail with Blade Gin.  Choice of Tonic Water is crucial, as it is a main ingredient - choose quality tonic, preferably not too sweet and hopefully no diet-tonic, including artificial sweeteners.

Cocktail folklore rumors that Charles Lindberg used to have a chilled glass of this magical, sky colored cocktail before flying but we highly doubt that. (plus, we could not condone or suggest operating anything more than a barstool while enjoying great spirit cocktails)
