Based on our own Calveau ™ Brandy , we infuse fresh hand picked walnuts and let them sit for 12-24 months. Then we sweeten with organic agave or tapioca.

Tasting Notes (D&M) : The Zinfandel brandy really comes through with soft, brambly spiciness and hints of rich dark berry fruit. The palate is gentle but full flavored, offering Indian spices, espresso and dark chocolate with, of course, a clear presence of walnuts. Long dry finish.
Excellent as a mixer or after dinner sipping with dark chocolate, molten lava cakes, walnut / pecan desserts. Perfect for Fall and Winter gatherings.
