Based on our own Calveau ™ Grape Eau De Vie (unaged cognac style brandy distilled from fine California wine) - (we do not use cheap vegetable or beet spirit bases).

Finest natual herbs gently infused for flavor and coloring —No extracts, No artificial coloring, No sweeteners. Wormwood, Green Anise Seed, Fennel Seed, Star Anise, Lemon Peels, Hyssop, Lemonbalm, Angelica Root, fresh Mint and more.

 

La Sorcière Verte Absinthe uses 20% MORE herbs compared to traditional Absinthe recipes.  Bottled in dark bottles to preserve natural herb chlorophyll color (Chlorophyll is not UV stable).

Beautiful thick creamy louche (cloudiness) when ice water added. Earthy tones balanced with fruity notes from organic lemon peels and brandy.
